Everything STEPS holds about one session — except the words of the clinical note, which stay in ALOHR and are pulled on demand.
Opens the encounter. The provider selects which service or services they are delivering in this block. Minutes belong to the session, not to individual services.
Goals are selected first because the goal text seeds the Objective section. Minutes are recorded once for the session.
Final read before the note leaves STEPS. Status stays on Requires signature until the provider signs.
ALOHR has accepted the note and returned a confirmation code. STEPS keeps the receipt, not the note.
